These are the real deal. My husband and I went in to get some relief from our backs and knees which are getting more sore and painful. He just had knee surgery and I well.. just age LOL. We worked with Zack who was very helpful and explained the process of how to get fitted for the inserts. We followed his instructions and now use the inserts in every shoe. After just a couple of days, we could feel the difference. We have been using them for a few months now. Well worth the money!!

I’m not over exaggerating when I say the inserts are life changing! On Monday I had an appointment with Zak in Westin WI he was the best! I was nervous going in because of judgment about weight but that didn’t happen at all!! It’s Friday now and I’m wishing it had done this sooner!

The gentleman that waited on me to fit me seemed to be very knowledgeable about what i needed in order to begin my road to no more pain. its too early to leave a review as far as pain relief, that is to be determined as the days go by. the pricing was more than what i had anticipated, it was not in line what is advertised on the website.

I've been having extreme foot pain due to my job and absolutely needed a solution to help alleviate the issue. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I do believe they should have a little more information in the store about pricing. By the time you've been measured and analyzed you'll get hit with the price which frankly is quite staggering for essentially a couple of hard plastic pieces. They should promote pricing options instead of just throwing everything with all the bells and whistles included at you (I didn't need new shoes but there they were included in the price, without even a discussion about it). This will all be forgotten and forgiven if my foot pain goes away. Right now it's too early to tell as there's a system of a few weeks with different inserts to get your feet adjusted. I will update down the road.
UPDATED:
So now I've been using my insoles for several weeks and can fully give my honest updated review. I'm happy to report that they do indeed work. My foot pain has nearly completely disappeared. Unfortunately I thought that the foot pain was also linked to my back pain but that ended up being a separate issue that I'm seeing a chiropractor for. As stated in my original review, this place is quite expensive for the actual product you receive, but they do work. I use the big insoles (strengtheners) at work, and the medium insoles (maintainers) for the gym/every day use. They feel a little funny at first but the pain does go away. I will state that nearly a 3rd of the cost is for the last insoles (comforters) and they're completely redundant. Honestly you only ever need the first 2 (hell maybe even just the first 1). You'll also be sold their thin padding to go over your insoles in each of your shoes and let me tell you...they're needlessly expensive and absolutely not needed. The padding that comes with your shoe is already good enough. You're paying to replace a piece of your shoe that you have zero need to replace as their insoles fit right under the ones that already come with your shoe. If I knew this before hand it would of made the experience more affordable but alas, you live and learn. Maybe some of you will get more milage out of the (comforters), but I mean it when I say they're not really needed.
TLDR:
Overall I've increased my rating to 4 stars as stated this process does work, just please go into the store with caution and realize they're trying to sell you the entire kit and caboodle when you're really only going to need a couple of things.

I went in to the Good Feet Store in Weston and was treated with a ton of respect and care. However the pricing is not up front. We called prior to me going in for an appointment and they said the cost would be between $300-$400, which was a bit of a shock to consider. They said that it would cover the inserts and should take care of my issues — namely knee and hip pain. At the end of my appointment I was given a paper with the final cost of $1,500. I was surprised by this. The woman helping me stated that the system was a 3-step system, and that each step costs $429-$499, plus cushions and tax. After seeing my face, she assured me that I could get just one step and experience pain relief in an extra week of regular use. Taking her word for it, I made the purchase. I regret to say that I have experienced no relief. I’m at the end of the 30 day adjustment guarantee and they won’t refund me anything if their product doesn’t work. I was on the phone asking about resolving this issue. The only thing they were willing to do was to trade out the ones I had for a different step from their system, but that they wouldn’t guarantee any results. So, I spent $526 and received no help.

We visited this location after moving from out of state. My daughter had been wearing TGF insoles for about a year but pain started again. We assumed we needed to change due to growth of her foot. First store (out of state) did not provide us with adequate information on the youth warranty but Billy and Bill worked with corporate to get things right and my daughter is back to pain free days of sports. I will return after ankle recover to purchase insoles from them for myself. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
