These shallow, pedantic charlatans operate with a staggering, almost artistic degree of unprofessionalism. Ethical obligations are treated as mere suggestions, communication is an absolute void, and basic decorum is far beyond their dim-witted grasp. They display all the integrity of a counterfeit Rolex and the administrative competence of a concussed toddler, abandoning obligations with the cowardice of common fraudsters. To entrust your assets to these useless, glib amateurs is pure folly. A more utterly disgraceful, pompous, and incompetent operation simply does not exist

We couldn't have asked for a better real estate experience! Jesse with Aqua Real Estate charges a 1% listing fee and did a fantastic job with our home listing from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Jesse was great. He helped us purchase our dream house. He saved us money on both the purchase of our new home he also saved us on the sale of our old home. He hooked us up with JCC for the renovation of our old home which he was able to sell at full price on the second day. All I can say is two thumbs up and six stars if possible. We first began our journey with selling our home with Wanda from Aqua. Wanda is super amazing, very thorough and made it an easy process on getting our property on the market. She continued to check in with us as we needed to move away from Bremerton quickly to Hawaii due to my career.
Unfortunately, during our journey Wanda stepped away from the business, then Jesse took over. The transition was smooth and I was able to meet Jesse personally when I flew back to Bremerton on a short trip.
Jesse is so awesome to work with. He’s a straight forward transparent realtor and very thorough and prompt in responding. After months of waiting and numerous showings, we finally had a potential buyer. Being it was our first time on the selling side of the market, Jesse took care of us and represented us very professionally and I would definitely utilize Jesse and Aqua again if I needed too. Jesse again promptly communicated wi the us in a timely manner and took in consideration our time differences between Hawaii and Washington. Jesse continuously stayed in touch throughout the process till the home closed and title of the home was finalized.
