The tour was thoroughly done and enjoyable in a number of ways. Mario and Maximo did a great job at being very clear and informative about the history of Rome, in’s and outs of local spots for cappuccino, gelato e ristorante and ancient history. To improve, the guides could be transparent about paying for gelato ourselves ahead of time. Overall this was well done and a wonderful experience.
Giogio was an amazing guide! He answered all of our questions with excellent historical/fact based answers and also personal/anecdotal insights, making this tour both educational and authentic. Giorgio’s English is excellent and he provided such a wonderful range of views, tastes, and laughs. Overall perfect tour and couldn’t recommend more!

This was an incredible way to see the major, and some of the minor/hidden attractions of Rome. Massimo is an amazing guide with a passion for “My City” that really comes through during this 3-hour tour. From the big attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon, Circus Maximus and Victoria Emmanuel Monument to the lesser known sights like the Giardino degli Aranci, Basilica of St. Sabina and the Teatro di Marcello Max brings the past to life with stories from 200 AD to the present day.
He was very accommodating giving us time at most of the locations to visit and take photos and we even stopped for some amazing gelato. We highly recommend this experience in Rome.
