I had a perfect experience with this car rental service. I rented a Range Rover Evoque for 5 days, and everything was going smoothly until the second day when I noticed something was wrong with one of the tires. I immediately contacted Zuhair, and from that moment on, his professionalism really stood out.
He tried his best to solve the issue right away by arranging for someone to come and replace the tire. Unfortunately, because it was late at night, no one was available. Most people would have simply asked me to wait until the morning, but Zuhair went above and beyond. Instead, he sent me a Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line on the spot, an even more expensive car than the one I had rented, without asking for any additional payment.
Highly recommended!
