Uitstekende service en inzet van Rienk van Oostrum (FVB De Boer) Wij kunnen Rienk van Oostrum van FVB De Boer van harte aanbevelen. Voordat wij bij Rienk terechtkwamen, hadden wij gedurende zeven weken een traject lopen bij een andere adviseur. Dat traject leidde helaas niet tot een succesvolle hypotheekaanvraag, waardoor wij vlak voor de deadline van de notaris in zeer stressvolle tijdnood kwamen. Met een naderende deadline voor het tekenen van de akte bij de notaris leek het bijna onmogelijk om alles nog op tijd geregeld te krijgen en dreigden wij onze borgsom van 10 procent te verliezen. Rienk kreeg van ons de uitdagende opdracht om binnen slechts drie werkdagen bij een andere bank alsnog een hypotheek rond te krijgen. Wat daarna volgde heeft onze verwachtingen op alle fronten overtroffen. Hij heeft letterlijk tijdens zijn eigen vakantie en in de avonduren doorgewerkt om alles op tijd voor elkaar te krijgen. Elke avond nam hij bovendien de tijd om ons te bellen, niet alleen om de voortgang door te nemen, maar ook om te vragen hoe het met ons ging. Dat persoonlijke contact en begrip voor de stress waarin wij zaten maakten een enorm verschil. Daarnaast heeft Rienk zich onderscheiden door zijn proactieve aanpak. Hij heeft diverse contacten uit zijn netwerk benaderd, intensief afgestemd met de notaris en aankoopmakelaar en voortdurend gezocht naar kansen om onze mogelijkheden te vergroten. Ook dacht hij actief mee over manieren om een hogere financiering en betere rentevoorwaarden mogelijk te maken. Wat wij ook bijzonder waarderen, is dat Rienk zelfs tijdens zijn vakantie een uitstekende achtervang had geregeld. Toen hij niet altijd direct toegang had tot al zijn bestanden, sprong zijn collega José van den Akker snel en professioneel bij. Dankzij hun goede samenwerking bleef het proces continu doorgaan en voelden wij ons geen moment aan ons lot overgelaten. Dat gaf veel vertrouwen in een periode waarin snelheid en duidelijkheid cruciaal waren. Ook nadat de hypotheek rond was, bleef Rienk betrokken. Kortom: Rienk combineert vakkennis met uitzonderlijke betrokkenheid, daadkracht en persoonlijke aandacht. Hij behoort tot die zeldzame categorie adviseurs die niet alleen doen wat van hen verwacht wordt, maar die structureel een stap extra zetten omdat ze oprecht willen dat hun klanten slagen. Dankzij zijn inzet hebben wij op tijd onze woning kunnen kopen. Als je op zoek bent naar een hypotheekadviseur die écht het verschil maakt, dan is Rienk van Oostrum de persoon die je zoekt.
