Couldn’t be happier with the service! From requesting a quote to having the air-conditioner installed, everything was done in a week. The service was great, the process was easy, and the workmanship is excellent. We’d absolutely use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone.
Brock installed our air-conditioner today and I couldn’t be happier. Brock, James and the wonderful office staff were speedy, professional and lovely to deal with. They also installed our air-conditioning unit much more quickly than expected. Would use again without hesitation. Highly recommended and thank you Fused team.
Jett, Jai, Riley and Reece did a good job at the time, and 10 months ago I gave a positive review because I was happy with the installation and trusted their professional recommendation.
Unfortunately, after living with the A/C in the position they recommended, I now regret following that advice. The position has turned out to be very impractical for my home, and moving the A/C to another wall would now cost a significant amount of money.
What is most frustrating is that I relied on the advice of the professionals because I expected them to recommend the most suitable position for the customer, not simply the easiest or most convenient option for the installation.
The installation itself may have been done professionally, but the recommendation regarding the A/C position was, in my experience, a poor one. I strongly recommend that customers carefully consider and question the recommended position before agreeing to the installation, because once it is installed, correcting a bad placement can be extremely expensive.

The team at Fused are excellent. We had two new air cons and a fan put in earlier this year and have just had 6 air cons deep cleaned.
The office staff are always friendly and the boys who come out are always respectful, polite and do a wonderful job.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. We have had Fused air work on our AC a couple of times and both times the comms and workmanship have been top notch and the prices very reasonable.

Fused Air Conditioning and electrical recently installed a new air‑conditioning unit in our apartment, and we’re extremely happy with the result.
