We're also glad the Westerville location gave you room to breathe with those daily walks, and that our team was there to help when the storm knocked the power out at 11 PM. That's the standard we hold ourselves to!

We also appreciate you mentioning that your apartment was very clean and well stocked. Those may seem like basics, but they're so important. That's why we always recommend asking 3 questions before booking a short term furnished apartment: 1) Can you provide photos that show the exact apartment exactly as it will look upon arrival - along with a list of what's included? 2) How new is the furniture (including beds and bedding) and where did you get it? and 3) What does your cleaning process look like between guests? A high-quality provider won't just be able to answer these questions...they'll be proud to.
