Thank you for the 5 star review Paul! It was nice to meet and serve you and your family. Looking forward to keeping your dryer and dryer vent clean for years to come.
I highly recommend Mike. He cleaned our dryer and installed a few vents. Mike has amazing work ethics. From start to finish he was very professional. He communicates well through the entire process. He takes time to explain and educate you on safety. Mike is genuinely friendly and wants to help people. He will go above and beyond what you hire him to do. That's not something commonly found in today's society. So, I highly recommend Friendly Dryer Vent Cleaning!
I placed a service request late one evening and received a friendly call the very next morning to go over scheduling. He was honest with his availability and was able to get me in just a few days later. Even better, he was upfront with his pricing and explained what he covers and why. It didn't feel like a sales gimmick; just a person who loved what they do and knows a ton about the field.
I got a text confirmation to ensure the time was scheduled correctly. Huge plus because I would have forgotten to write it down otherwise.
Even better, Mike showed up. And on time! So many contractors seem to ghost these days but he was right on time. He communicated beforehand to let me know his ETA. When he showed up, he was all smiles and even took time to get to know my fur babies. He was thorough but efficient. I'm sure he had a hundred opportunities to upcharge me and oversell me on products and additional services. Instead, he said some things weren't necessary that he had originally quoted and some things weren't as complicated as he had initially thought they would be, so the price actually went down. He showed me before and after pictures so I could see clearly what my money was paying for. He offered tips and tricks for how to maintain things in between service calls. Amazing!
I am so incredibly appreciative of his knowledge and efficiency. Plus, he just seems to be a general overall good human. I could not recommend him more highly.
There isn't enough time to describe the amazing level of service and professionalism Ive received from Mike. From the first phone call to the end of the repair/service, he approached every issue and question with care and made sure to thoroughly explain his thoughts and repair plan for our outdoor dryer vent. He is very respectful of your time as well as your space, ensuring that everything is left clean when he is finished. I would recommend him to any and everyone that needs dryer cleaning/repair/maintenance. The reviews speak for themselves!
