In 2016, I was injured on the job while working as a RN for Mercy Hospital. Rather than helping me recover from the injuries, Mercy chose to deny my worker’s compensation claim and fire me. To begin with, I hired an attorney other than Eddie Walker. This other attorney had my claim for nearly three years and got nowhere with it, not even to a hearing. I finally asked the other attorney to withdraw from my case and took everything to Mr. Walker.
By the time I consulted with Mr. Walker, there were literally thousands and thousands of pages of medical records, depositions, and other documents for him to read through to get the full picture of my case.
