I recently had my kitchen updated and the final piece of work was the floor. I had looked at different options - vinyl, laminate, wood, and other materials which I was unfamiliar with. The more I looked the more confusing it got. So I kept putting off making a decision. I decided to check out Floor Designs.I had visited their website and was impressed with the work they had undertaken and included photos on their website. On arrival we were greeted by Chris and he gave us some helpful advice and suggestions for flooring. In no time at all a decision was made, measurements were taken and work and materials costed. Very pleased with the whole process and outcome is fantastic kitchen floor. I strongly believe in supporting small, local businesses and Floor Designs was the perfect solution- customer care and service was excellent.

We recently had moduleo LVT flooring fitted throughout our kitchen/family room, utility, downstairs toilet and hallway by Chris and Jason. I popped into the showroom which has so many options to choose from, then they arranged a home visit to measure up and bring my shortlisted samples to try in the rooms, and we got booked in within a few weeks. Their communication was great, it was fitted in the time they estimated and the finish is immaculate. Would definitely use floor designs again!

Had Chris and Jason out today to fit moduleo flooring in my kitchen. It looks amazing, bright and changes the whole room.
The guys were brilliant to deal with from picking what we wanted in the showroom, to calling and checking where we were with our new kitchen installation. They came in and put down the wood, and back in today to lay the LVT floor....we had a couple of concerns with access to hatches under the floor, but they made sure these can be accessed if needed, and you wouldn't know where they are...

The Chris at floor designs was excellent to work with everything went to plan from ordering to fitting. we have had our living room and our stairs done recently, the stairs look amazing with the mix of karndean and the leopard print and Kevin Sweeney done an amazing job of fitting the best in Falkirk
After a day looking around for glue down LVT, we stopped in at the shop on Graham's road towards the end of the day and so glad we did! An amazing selection - it was hard to choose, so Chris let us take a couple of boards home to try in our room. This was great because what I liked more in the shop wasn't right for the look we were going for in the room. As we were ultimately looking to floor our hall/ living/kitchen and dining in the same flooring, but with a new kitchen planned, Chris recommended ordering all at once to secure the same batch for consistent colouring throughout, but worked with us flexibly, fitting each room according to our project plan. We are beyond pleased with the finished result - it's a dream floor tying every room - hall, living and now dining / kitchen. A stunning job, attention to every detail ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Chris was extremely professional and provided excellent assistance throughout the process of replacing our stair carpet. The workmanship was of a very high standard from start to finish. We would highly recommend Falkirk Floor Design and look forward to using their services again in the future.
Chris Gregg has supplied engineered wood flooring for my house and the overall experience was very pleasant. Chris’s quote was very reasonable, delivery was fast and the product is of excellent quality. Chris also recommended a fitter (Andrei), who did an excellent job. Furthermore, Chris has excellent professional conduct and is very punctual with his communication (texts, emails etc). Therefore, I highly recommend Chris for any flooring material.
