Having been through the sales/purchasing process a number of times in my life now, this chain was particularly long, unstable and complex. By far the most stressful and complicated chain for a variety of reasons.
THANK GOD we were in the experienced hands of the superb Ivan Ho and his amazing assistant Stephanie Davison. A true dream team for a number of reasons; they are responsive, knowledgeable, EXTREMELY experienced and work incredibly well under pressure. They worked so hard to ensure that all matters were dealt with swiftly and cracked the whip along the chain (much needed as so many conveyancers are SHOCKING).
NOTHING about this chain was easy or straightforward and one small mistake could have easily lost the house we now own.
