Evetech prices are great and the after sales service has been excellent. We as a company have bought a Desktop and Laptop in two separate months after each other and from ordering online to receiving the purchase, both was quick and pleasant experience and the purchases was at the best prices we could find anywhere in S.A.

As an old client that supported this company before, bought 6 Gaming graphics cards there as well in the days of crypto mining. I am disappointed in how this place has gone from excellent to just another slack bunch! If its anything urgent you are looking for, don't buy here. Received an uninitialized SSD that took days to get them to test their own stock. More days to implement an old school credit not and even more days to refund me.
They had the item back, they confirmed it was accepted and tested, now why hold onto peoples money for another 3-5 days??
It's my money. Communication from Support and manager is virtually non existing and the amount of phone calls I had to make to get my own money back is a laughing matter.
You will not see me again Evetech....

I received my PC build from Evetech a couple of weeks ago, and I’m thrilled with the results. The delivery was prompt, and the build has exceeded all my expectations. Ran through some Photoshop work like it was nothing and played some Horizon Forbidden West and was not disappointed

(Online sale). Brandon from sales was very helpful with my "200" emails asking about collection, quotes etc etc, where many staff would have been frustrated by then haha. My order was on a special/sale, so I got a great save. I collected my order myself, so thus I can't rate their courier and delivery. One thing, when I collected, I noticed the in person sales/repairs counter was chaotically busy, with a ticketing system that looked barely efficient, so if you are not shopping online, and are planning to shop in person, do make sure.you have time.

The prices are the best but you compromise with major delays in delivery time. Payed for a PC a month ago that had an out of box issue, it's still sitting unused while i wait for a replacement. Stick with takealot if you want a better response time but use evetech for better prices and you don't mind waiting. The machine was well built.

Bought a new laptop for an employee, screen cover came loose after the 1st month. Sent it in for replacement or repair. Been a full month now, employee cannot work, rma department useless with feedback. Will never recommend buying from them.

Poor quality builds, expensive gaming pc stops working in 3 days. No display signal. Mouse isn't working. Advised to buy products I don't need from their sales staff. They charge delivery even though you spend so much there. Goodluck

The ladies bathroom was a delight to the eyes. We did not wait so long this time for the PC parts. The little café and the lady working there were a pleasant surprice, and her home made chips was devine.

Evetech must be the worst when it comes to PCs, don’t waist your time buying one from them, got a brand new build that wasn’t even tested before they sent it out, I’ve sent it back 3x now and every time there is a new issue they’ve created, there technician clearly aren’t capable of building a PC.

We have replaced the motherboard and CPU to different models which did resolve the issue with the alternating speeds on the RAM.

I’m so annoyed with evetech at the moment,
This is the second time they messed up an order
My corsair 7000x rgb FRONT glass panel broke and I made it so clear over email and on phone it’s the FRONT panel waited for 2 weeks and what do they send me, The side panel!!!!
Now I will most probably need to wait another 2 or 3 weeks, just for them to most probably mess it up again.
