Very bad quality and very difficult to get a refund. Previously I bought a pc from them and after a few months the 2 of the fans started making a lot of noise. I ordered a chair, it was not what I expected, bad quality. so I sent it back. Now it has been more than a month and I am still struggling to get my refund. They wanted to give me a store credit, when I insisted on a refund, they require a letter from my bank and my company registration details "to prevent fraud" I paid with my credit card and they can just credit the card. There is no opportunity for fraud. I feel that they are trying to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund. With their inferior products, they are probably being swamped by refund requests.
