Beautiful - I couldn’t recommended enough. The most beautiful send off for our boy, Laddie. I couldn’t recommend enough, from the most beautiful grounds, to the 3 most amazing ladies. A peaceful and private place in gorgeous countryside. We wouldn’t have had it any other way, I will forever recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much 🤍🐾

Our gorgeous boy - Ralph Just the best service ever, exactly what we wanted … I spoke to Mel on Thursday morning, 13 June 2024 when we knew it was time to say goodbye to our gorgeous boy Ralph, our little miniature schnauzer. It’s breaking my heart to even write this but I just had to say how wonderful Mel was with me on the phone, when I was distraught and could hardly get my words out. We arranged for Anita to come to our home, he was so poorly and as much as our hearts were breaking, we just couldn’t see him like that any longer. Anita arrived at our home a few hours later that same day and she was absolutely amazing, so caring, compassionate and respectful. She explained everything to us and was so gentle and loving with our boy. We collected Ralph from Mel at Eternal Paws the following day and she was so kind and caring. He was waiting for us in the most beautiful of settings with his toys, crystals and candles around him. it was so peaceful and spiritual and knowing that he had been looked after so well and cared for in the most respectful way was all we could have wished for. Anita took time to come and talk to us when she saw our car, your comforting words and hug meant so much Anita, thank you. We highly recommend Eternal Paws and we can’t thank Anita and Mel enough for everything they did and it is from the bottom of our hearts that we say thank you for the respectful way you cared for our gorgeous boy Ralph, who we miss so so much. Love Ginette & Tony x

I'm struggling for words to describe how beautiful and helpful the service they provide here is. Our beautiful and beloved dog died tragically, to see her one last time surrounded by her toys, blankets and healing crystals, giving us time to say goodbye in much more peaceful circumstances, was invaluable to beginning our healing journey. Additionally the communication to let us know, they were going for her, when she was there and when she was ready for us, showed how much they cared for her as a loved pet. And the individual cremation was completed the same day and she was back home with us much quicker than the commercial cremations. They genuinely care for the pets and owners, understanding the special relationships we have with them and providing a beautiful, respectful way to say goodbye to the treasured members of your family. I can't thank them enough ❤️

I spoke with Anita in January 2022 when we knew our 21 year old cat Mandy needed to go. I can't imagine there being a better person than Anita to help us at that time. Reassuring and kind. Anita offered to keep Mandys ashes in her memorial garden as I was unsure what to do and I'm happy we did that. Would recommend Eternal Paws to anyone in the same situation. Just looking at paw and nose prints we received. Thank you again. Xx

Making the decision to let my beloved cat Stella go was just horrid. She has been with me for over 20 years but I knew it was time. I text these lovely ladies on a Sunday, not expecting a reply but they did. They were warm, considerate and thoughtful. Without going into too much detail they came to the house the next morning and she passed in my arms. My cat was a superstar and deserved a send off in style and that’s what she got. I can’t thank you enough and I feel at peace that she was in the right hands and went in the right way. Alex Powell x

The best service we could have possibly asked for The Eternal Paws team provided the upmost amount of care and support in the most difficult time. They are understanding and professional which made everything so much easier to deal with. We really appreciate their respect and care. The sincerity was overwhelming. Anita came to our home and helped our boy Dexter pass peacefully. We came to collect Dexter the next day. Jane was so empathetic, understanding and reassuring. This team of people have experienced the grief that comes when you say goodbye to your loved one, so the respect and care is genuine, and we are so grateful that we found them. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and respectful passing for their furry companions.

I would highly recommend Eternal Paws and Anita. From the start to finish they have professionally handled matters efficiently, with care and respect. It has been a difficult time but Eternal paws wasn’t another stress to add, on the contrary there was a relief that matters were being handled by them. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. Beautiful and compassionate When we first contacted Anita she was amazing, she asked us lots of questions about our beautiful dog Billy. We thought it was time to let him go but she told us that it didn't seem to be the right time but he would let us know when it was. And a week and a half later he did. He went downhill quickly and we sat with him through the day until Anita arrived to send our boy on his way. It was so peaceful and Anita was so compassionate and gentle with our boy. I was so glad for her advice as I got to spend more time with our Billy and gave him extra love. Thank you Anita and Mel, for making an awful, heartbreaking time, bearable. Xxx

When we had to say goodbye to our Beloved Pie-boy Riley. late one night in the early hours spent awake looking after our old Staffy cross Riley, i started to search for a vet that could come and help him pass over at home. Fortunately i found Anita, Mel and the team at eternal Paws. I think i was meant to find them. I was given some kind of guidance to find her. Anita gave us invaluable help and support over the telephone until we could arrange for her to come and assess Riley and the best way to move forwards. Anita gave us a little more precious time with our beloved friend and enabled us to give him a beautiful spiritual send off. Which is what he truly deserved after being our loyal friend for so long. Riley aged 16.5 years passed at home on his bed with his dog brother beside him and his adult humans with him too. The whole thing was made so much easier by Anita and her team as they truly care and treat your animal with the utmost respect and kindness. Riley lay in the crystal room at Robinfield before he was cremated individually and was given back to us three days later in a scatter tube as requested by us.(as his passing happened over a weekend). we received a beautiful rainbow card, a paper heart to plant with flower seeds and nose and paw prints. There are no words for how unique, caring and holistic Eternal Pets care is. we will also have comfort knowing that Riley had the best life and the best passing over the Rainbow bridge he could have and we would have no hesitation to use this service again in the future when required. Anita is a unique vet, one that we are glad to have met and put our trust in. we Thankyou so much for making this very sad part of our lives much more bearable. Jess and Family. X

Perfect service My dog of 13 years took a bad turn through the night. I sent a text to Anita in the early hours asking if she could come. She responded to the text and managed to fit us in. She gave advise on managing his pain before her arrival. I'm about as close with koshi as its possible to be, so this was an extremely traumatic experience for me. Anita completely understood and made it so nice and gentle for myself, for koshi and for the family. He passed in the most peaceful pleasant way, it was the perfect end to a perfect life. Anita and Mel delt with the cremation too. Very professional. She was so gentle with his body and explained he would be with her all night and looked after. I'd just like to say a massive thank you from the very bottom of my heart to you both.

Caring and compassionate, people who understand how hard it is to let go of our beloved pets.
