Aaron and his assistant were very professional. They arrived on time ready to work. Protected the carpets with drop cloths and vacuumed up any debris after the new meter was installed. They were open to answering my procedural questions without hesitation. Their expert electrical background made it easy to get the job done on time for the electrical inspector to review their work. I'd have Aaron and his assistant work in my home anytime. Highly recommend this team at Essential Electric and Air.
Kevin was personable and professional. He addresses the issue and resolved it efficiently and completely. He also answered all of our questions and concerns about the new setup which was just installed and patiently walked us through the new thermostat operations. We feel much more confident about this investment with Essential Heating and Air after Kevin’s service call.

I had contacted 3 other HVAC companies before. They all treated me like I was an autopen. Essential H&A responded right away. Came out on schedule. The rep and all the technicians were nice people. Friendly and accommodating, never even came close to implying that I was an idiot. I've only been using the new furnace for an hour but it seems to work great. I would have preferred that they install a "non-smart" thermostat, but I didn't speak up soon enough (not their fault -- mine). i have nothing negative to say. If I decide to get an AC in the future, it will be with Essential H&A.
Essential Heating just installed a 3 ton expensive Mitsubishi heat pump replacing an all electric furnace. We had 3 bids and essential was the best bid and the most responsive. The installation was careful and installed our system in a long work Day. After a month we have more even heat and our electric bill has dropped and it is very quiet. Very pleased with their sales Rep Christian, he coordinated everything very well!

I had Essential install a ductless system to replace a broken one. Their quote was competitive and their service was fast and people were friendly and very clean. It was a pleasure having them in my house. I knew they would have to cut the drywall in my ceiling to enlarge the access to put the new heat pump in, I was not expecting them to do such a neat job which made the repair easy to do.

Very professional and price reasonable. They were able to start working the next day and install our furnace with no issue. They respected our house and cleaned up after themselves! The workers worked hard to get the heat running as our furnace was out in a cold week.

Great experience with Essential! We had issues with our furnace/heat-pump running incorrectly. Cameron was our service tech. He was very professional and explained our problems clearly. He got it fixed quickly and gave great advice and instruction on how to run it properly. We will be choosing Essential again for all of our HVAC needs!

I had a good experience with the sales person plus I had good experience from the people that work in the front desk and the insulation team that installed the new heat pump and furnace. The installation Person was very knowledgeable and was easy to talk with about the procedures on running their equipment and what maintenance to perform each year. We also had some electrical issues. They scheduled an appointment with me to install the electrical system to the heat pump. They were very friendly and knowledgeable on the installation. Everything works well. I appreciate their service highly recommend them for friends and family.
