We were on the way to Scotland for our holiday when the dpf warning light came on, and then the engine went into limp mode. We stopped at Cairn Lodge Services and call EngiClean Ltd. Explained our situation. It was Saturday morning and we were told they didn't have any time till Monday. After few minutes we got phone call back from Adam. He told us he'll come in about 40 minutes. He came, scanned the van with the computer and managed to clean the dpf. Also found the issue with one of the sensors but we managed to get to our destination. ADAM SAVED OUR HOLIDAY!!!

the team at engi are absolutely phenomenal! from the first call - to the end result. I have been through hell with people trying to sort my ford kuga on the DPF problem.. I had it into a garage that cost me £120 & they told me to keep driving the car & clean it out to clean out the filter.. turns out my intercooler pipe had a tear in it & wasn't found from the previous garage! yet engi found it straight away!!!! I am so beyond grateful to frank & jennifer for everything theyve done for me & of course my car. I can’t express enough how much of an excellent experience i had with EngiClean. From the callback to the service of the motor, they were all so friendly and reassuring. This company goes above and beyond to help you get your motor up and running again.
I found their number after having trouble with my exhaust fumes and the DPF not working. I took it to a garage but they said i’d need a new filter which could be £3500! I spoke with Jenny (i think?) and after a few questions she reassured me about the car problem, ran through exactly everything that the service provided and was so helpful to get me an appointment the very next day!
Frank came to my van the next day (15 mins early, no waiting around) and was the upmost professional and so friendly! Each step he showed me what he was doing and explained each possible outcome and what he’d have to do. For someone who knows nothing about vehicles this helped my stress levels so much. After cleaning out the exhaust and fixing the problem, he then hooked my engine up to a smoke machine and showed me exactly where the problem was. A small crack in a tiny bit of piping in the engine. So now i know exactly what needs fixing and i don’t have to spend thousands on a new filter when the problem would of occurred eventually again!

Had my DPF cleaned and ECU reset by EngiClean, and while the PDC system went down shortly after, what really stood out was how they handled it. The boss himself came out at the start of the following week to check everything over properly — turned out to be a faulty sensor that the ECU had picked up on following the reset, nothing to do with the original work.
It’s easy to find companies who do a good job when everything goes smoothly, but it’s how they respond when something crops up that really tells you what they’re about. EngiClean sorted it quickly, explained exactly what had happened, and didn’t leave me chasing them for answers.
Top notch customer service from start to finish. Would happily recommend them to friends and family.
