I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work carried out at my property during the recent installation project, in which two existing windows were removed and replaced with the fitting of two new doors.
Having spent over 40 years in the building trade and engineering discipline—both as an engineer and as a trainer/assessor—I have high expectations when it comes to workmanship, professionalism, and conduct on site. The men (Matthew and Wayne) who completed this job met those expectations fully and, in many respects, exceeded them.
They demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that deserves recognition. They worked extremely hard throughout the entire process, maintaining a friendly and approachable manner while delivering workmanship of the highest standard.
In addition to their hard work, they overcame unexpected obstacles during the installation. What might have been straightforward brickwork turned out to be solid rock and stone, yet they handled these challenges with skill, determination, and a clear commitment to completing the job properly.
Every question I asked was answered clearly and confidently, and their willingness to explain each stage of the work gave me complete confidence in the quality of the installation. They consistently went beyond expectations, taking the extra steps that distinguish merely good service from truly exceptional service.
It is rare to encounter tradesmen who combine skill, courtesy, and genuine pride in their work so seamlessly. These gentlemen are a credit to your company, and their efforts have left me thoroughly impressed and very satisfied with the final result.

Absolutely fantastic company. Had patio doors fitted by Austin. He was a really hard worker and took a lot of time to explain what works would take place and how long etc. Other team members popped round to help out and they were all extremely polite and courteous. I'm very happy with the quality of the doors and the workmanship. I would highly recommend Elite windows and would not hesitate to use them again

Wanting to use local companies I had already had 3 come to measure up and never heard from them again! Elite were simply one on a list but I called Sean, talked through what we wanted, the surveyor was out within the week and quoted soon after. We have a small cottage which is rendered and I was a bit concerned the windows would go in without creating a mess but the fitter did a great job and left me nothing to do. The windows and composite door in agate are lovely and make all the difference to our cottage, thanks.

We first used Elite for our windows, and they did such a great job that we asked them back to fit our new door. We were so pleased with the quality of their work and service that we then chose them again for our conservatory.
Wayne and Matty were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have around. They were especially great with our dog, who insisted on being outside with them while they worked on the conservatory! He is missing them lots 😂😂

We have a large 15 year old conservatory with a glass roof that had started to give us problems, as well as always looking dirty, and being too hot on sunny days and too cold in the winter causing a lot of condensation. We asked Elite Windows of Morecambe to give us a quote to replace our glass roof with a tiled roof and plastered ceiling.
They visited the house twice and gave us an acceptable quote; we were told what was included and what was not. We were told how long the job was likely to take and we agreed a rough start time.
The Team turned up on the appointed day and worked conscientiously and efficiently throughout the week. The plastering and electrical work were subcontracted but there was close liaison and everything worked seamlessly. The job was completed on time, all materials were removed from the site and the room was left clean and tidy. Inevitably we had a couple of very small snagging problems and these were attended to straight away, literally the next day.
We were entirely satisfied with the service we had from everyone at Elite from start to finish, office staff as well as the Team on the job. Phone calls were always answered and followed up promptly and all of our questions were answered comprehensively. As customers we felt that we were involved and not just a number on a job sheet.
The finished result is a room which is now an integral part of the house, rather than an add-on which was only really useful in Spring and Autumn!
Elite have done a first class job for us at a competitive price and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company.
