Formal Complaint Against Elite Lift Formal Complaint Against Elite Lift This is a formal complaint regarding the highly unsatisfactory installation and post-installation services provided by Elite Lift. Since the installation of the lift, we have been experiencing continuous technical issues. Despite repeated complaints, there is no proper technical personnel available to address the problems. It has come to our knowledge that most employees have left the company, and there is currently no structured after-sales service system in place. Further, at the time of purchase and installation, we were not informed that AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services would not be available. The absence of AMC support was never disclosed clearly, which raises serious concerns regarding transparency and misrepresentation. Repeated attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. On rare occasions when calls are answered, there is no follow-up action, and subsequent calls are ignored. This demonstrates gross negligence, lack of professional responsibility, and failure to fulfill contractual and service obligations. We consider this a serious deficiency in service and breach of commitment. If immediate corrective action is not taken, we will be compelled to explore appropriate legal remedies and escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. We strongly caution prospective customers to thoroughly verify service support and contractual terms before engaging with this company.

Absolute worst support - Avoid this company at all costs!!! Avoid this company at all costs. They are quick to take your payment but provide no service support whatsoever once the sale is completed. Even the smallest issue with your unit will leave you completely on your own. The so called service managers, Rajarathinam and Kaliyapermual, have been consistently unresponsive and unhelpful, raising serious questions about how they remain employed in their positions. Their failure to act can leave your patient or loved one without essential support for months. Despite repeated follow‑ups, there is zero response to emails, phone calls, or text messages. The CRM team and senior management are essentially nonexistent. Beyond the initial sales transaction, you should not expect any support from this organization. Do not waste your time or money here. Choose a company that stands behind its products and actually supports its customers. I would give zero stars if possible!!

Lack of transparency and documented decisions makes it difficult for employees to work confidently. During inspection, several damaged components were acknowledged. Unfortunately, even the replacement parts arrived in damaged condition. This repetitive issue reflects systemic problems in logistics and quality assurance. Customers should not be forced to repeatedly raise the same concern for such basic expectations.

Worst Experience Ever Following the installation of a premium home elevator, multiple operational issues were observed, including incidents with potential safety implications. These concerns were formally reported, and several service interventions were undertaken; however, the issues persisted over time.

Nonexistent after-sales support. Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service of M/s. Elite Elevators. Our elevator has been out of order since October’25 but no action by M/s. Elite. This elevator is a major accessibility issue for our home especially for myself and my wife who are senior citizens. Despite multiple assurances by the Service team, no technician has shown up. Several calls to Mr. Kaliyaperumal, the Service Manager have proved futile. For the premium price Elite Elevator charges, you expect a professional maintenance standards. Their lack of urgency regarding safety and functionality is unacceptable. After-sales support is disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly, exhausting to deal with. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your requirement of an elevator.

Mis selling of product and refusal to give full refund refund I engaged with Elite Elevators in June 2025 to install their X300 model. I was quoted ₹15.5 lakh for G+2 and ₹17.5 lakh for G+3, and paid ₹50,000 to lock the price. Later, I was persuaded into paying ₹4.17 lakh for the X200 model under a “special scheme,” despite no brochures or technical details being shared. Soon after, I discovered that X200 is oil‑based and unsuitable for Delhi’s climate. I immediately refused X200 and requested to revert to X300, but was falsely told that X300 was discontinued. Later, the company’s own CRM admitted that X300 is still in production, proving misrepresentation and mis‑selling. Despite repeated requests for refund, Elite Elevators is now offering me only ₹1.37 lakh out of the ₹4.67 lakh paid — barely 25% of the total. This is unacceptable and amounts to deficiency in service, concealment of information, and harassment. I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and will escalate to the Consumer Commission for full refund, interest, and compensation. Worst Experience with The Elite Elevators The Elite Elevators will only pushed their potential customer to sign Sales Contract. In order to achieve their target, they will even offer "refundable deposit" to their customer to lock the unit at special rate. However after making the refundable deposit of 5% and when customer decided not to pursue further, they start to ignoring messages and calls and pushing the responsibilities around to different departments stating that it is not under the purview of their respective departments. Besides, their team members especially their Head of Sales and senior management team is very irresponsible. Although they are the one who serve and made the refundable deposit promise, they informed that they do not normally offer refundable deposit. When confronted face to face, only he mentioned he recalled and he does not agree to his senior's act of action. This shows that they are trying to avoid from the issue and consequences of their promises to their potential customers. The case has been on going since Feb 2025 until now (Oct 2025) and their team is still not responding and pushing the responsibility around. This company and the personnel has no credibility and reliability in doing their job.

WORST EVERY COMPANY To be frank, your so-called “luxury” product has become one of the worst investments a customer can make. You charge a premium price yet fail to deliver even basic standards of quality and reliability. It’s shocking that customers are now using your “elite” elevators as garbage spaces simply because they can’t trust them to function — despite paying nearly four times the standard market rate. Your customer care systems are non-functional, and it’s evident there is no dedicated technical support team in place. Even more concerning is that your former employees are now building successful businesses in the same industry, while your own company continues to decline. You had the talent, resources, and opportunity — but have failed to build trust or achieve meaningful growth. As a customer, I’ve reviewed countless negative experiences shared by both clients and ex-employees. It’s clear your organization lacks commitment to both its customers and its workforce. Your sales team continues to mislead new buyers while ignoring long-standing issues. I personally hold documented evidence of multiple customer complaints that support these claims. Adding to this, numerous reports suggest disturbing internal practices — including employees being terminated abruptly without reason, denied rightful dues, and treated unfairly. To make matters worse, a group of former employees who were dismissed without cause has now come together. Alongside them, frustrated customers — whose products have failed and remain unresolved — are also joining hands. Shockingly, it’s these ex-employees who are still receiving calls from distressed clients, while your official support channels remain silent. A formal complaint is now being prepared regarding these repeated failures and unethical practices. This issue is escalating rapidly and could soon become a national concern. As someone regarded among the richest individuals in Chennai, you may have the means to buy many things — but integrity, loyalty, and respect cannot be purchased. Please remember that your downfall will not come from competition, but from the betrayal of your own team and customers.

Worst experience with Elite Elevators If there was an option to give a negative rating, I would definitely use it. At first, a salesperson from Elite Elevators visited our site and confirmed that the space was suitable for installing a lift. Based on this confirmation, we were asked to pay 50% of the total cost as a booking amount, which we paid immediately in January 2025. But two weeks later, when a technical expert came to take proper measurements, he said the space was not suitable and the lift couldn't be installed. He assured us that the booking would be cancelled, and the full amount would be refunded, since the cancellation was from the company's side — not ours. It’s been months, but we still haven’t received our money back. We tried to contact them many times, but most calls went unanswered. When someone did answer, they just said the refund was under “approval” and would take another two weeks. This “two weeks” story has been going on endlessly. Why didn’t the technical person check the site before asking for a booking amount? If they can’t refund money quickly, they should not be taking bookings in the first place. It feels like Elite Elevators is just collecting money from customers and not returning it — possibly because they’re in financial trouble. To anyone thinking about going with Elite Elevators: please think again. This company is not trustworthy. They’re taking money from customers, then delaying refunds and causing a lot of stress. @Elite Elevators — please stop cheating your customers. People come to you with hope and trust, but you’re breaking it. If I had known about your poor service earlier, I would never have booked. You are making it feel like you're returning money from your own pocket. Please treat your customers fairly.
