Worst experience with Elite Elevators
If there was an option to give a negative rating, I would definitely use it.
At first, a salesperson from Elite Elevators visited our site and confirmed that the space was suitable for installing a lift. Based on this confirmation, we were asked to pay 50% of the total cost as a booking amount, which we paid immediately in January 2025.
But two weeks later, when a technical expert came to take proper measurements, he said the space was not suitable and the lift couldn't be installed. He assured us that the booking would be cancelled, and the full amount would be refunded, since the cancellation was from the company's side — not ours.
It’s been months, but we still haven’t received our money back.
We tried to contact them many times, but most calls went unanswered. When someone did answer, they just said the refund was under “approval” and would take another two weeks. This “two weeks” story has been going on endlessly.
Why didn’t the technical person check the site before asking for a booking amount? If they can’t refund money quickly, they should not be taking bookings in the first place. It feels like Elite Elevators is just collecting money from customers and not returning it — possibly because they’re in financial trouble.
To anyone thinking about going with Elite Elevators: please think again. This company is not trustworthy. They’re taking money from customers, then delaying refunds and causing a lot of stress.
@Elite Elevators — please stop cheating your customers. People come to you with hope and trust, but you’re breaking it. If I had known about your poor service earlier, I would never have booked. You are making it feel like you're returning money from your own pocket. Please treat your customers fairly.
