I started going here after my accident last year. I’ve started to feel better right away. Last week I had to use another service in an emergency and now I will never go anywhere else then Elevate Wellness. Everything is great from the front desk service to the chiropractor, and all other services they provide it just can’t be beat. I never thought I would be going to a chiropractor on the regular and I couldn’t feel better.

The staff is so nice, and my Dr. really knows what he is doing. I've been in twice and already feel a huge difference! They are very reasonable in pricing compared to the other 2 chiropractors I've seen. I highly recommend coming in to see what they offer.

I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, and I can finally say I’ve found a keeper with Elevate Wellness! I no longer need full body weekly adjustments, I’m able to now come in about 1-2 times a month. My plantar fasciitis is finally under control thanks to the adjustments and custom orthotics.
I’ve been so impressed with the orthotics that now everyone in my family has them. One of my favorite things is the “Grow With Me” option for kids—as their feet grow, their orthotics are replaced at no charge. As a parent, that is such a great benefit!
Casey and Kaden are both fantastic. They take the time to listen, answer your questions, explain what they’re doing, and genuinely help you start feeling better. You never feel rushed through an appointment.
I also really appreciate the way adjustments are done at Elevate Wellness. Their hydraulic table absorbs the pressure, which makes the adjustment much more comfortable. No one has ever had to crawl on top of me to get me adjusted—which I definitely appreciate!
The entire office is professional and friendly, and Casey and Kaden are also really funny. They make appointments enjoyable, which isn’t something I ever expected to say about going to the chiropractor.
Of course, when you find someone this great, other people eventually discover your hidden treasure too! Sometimes that means you may wait a little longer to be seen, but I’d much rather wait for someone who will actually take the time I need than be rushed in and out of an office.
Elevate Wellness has made a real difference for me and my family. I recommend them without hesitation—even if that means I might have to wait a little longer.

The actual chiropractic care was fine, but the administrative and scheduling side of the practice has been a frustrating experience.
I only had two appointments here, and the wait time my first visit was about 15 minutes, and the second visit I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time.
The biggest issue, however, was the billing process. The front office misinterpreted my insurance coverage, insisting I pay the full price because they claimed my deductible hadn’t been met. I knew I only owed a copay, but when I tried to address the discrepancy, the staff was unprofessional. Instead of looking into it or verifying the information, they simply told me that "insurance lies" and that their system was right and the insurance company was wrong. They allowed me to only pay the copay but said that I would be responsible for the rest after my insurance doesn’t pay. I went to another chiropractor within the same week to see how they would interpret my insurance coverage, and they said I only owed the copay, so Elite Chiropractic was wrong.
Elite also doesn’t have enough technical equipment. The other chiropractor took X-rays on my first visit and immediately told me the issue and how to fix it. Elite doesn’t do X-rays, as far as I know.
It’s disappointing because the care itself was decent, and Dr. Simmonds was really awesome, but the lack of professional communication regarding billing and the long wait times make it hard to recommend this office.
