Bracon Ash & Hethel Village Hall We help to run the Village Hall at Bracon Ash and are making some improvements including LED lights to the hall & emergency exit signs. Just had a full house rewire completed by Excel Electrical Services and genuinely really pleased with the work. From the initial survey through to completion, Jason and the team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We moved out temporarily while the work was carried out and they kept everything moving quickly and efficiently throughout. The quality of the work has been excellent, they were happy to talk through ideas and future-proofing, and any small snagging issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Communication throughout was very good and they clearly take pride in what they do. Would definitely recommend Excel Electrical Services to anyone needing electrical work done in Norfolk

Very highly recommend this firm. Very efficient and friendly. Jason came out to investigate an intermittent fault and patiently listened to me ramble on about the things I’d tried. He then spent nearly five hours with various whizzy bits of equipment to test and eradicate each potential source of failure. I had full faith in him and after weeks of problems before contacting Excel my stress & anxiety with electrical problems are over. So relieved and grateful. Sensible justifiable pricing too. Bad experience. Got charged well over £300 mainly to change light bulbs on my spotlights, which stopped working 3 months later. As I found out by another electrician the installation needed to be changed to be long lasting. The job is costing me the same amount I already paid for no real job done. I do not recommend.
