I am extremely grateful to Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, P.C. for their excellent work in helping me obtain an IRS Transfer Certificate. After my husband passed away, I had to obtain this certificate in connection with an IRA account he had left at a bank in the United States. I initially started the process on my own from Puerto Rico and submitted the required documents to the IRS. Unfortunately, after more than a year, I was still unable to resolve the matter or communicate effectively with the IRS. I found Attorney Ariel Rosenzveig through a YouTube video where he explained the IRS Transfer Certificate process. I decided to retain the firm, and it was one of the best decisions I made. They reviewed my case, resubmitted the necessary documents, and successfully completed the process. Within approximately three months, I received the IRS Transfer Certificate approving the transfer of the funds to the heirs. My husband and I have three grown sons and five grandchildren. We were very concerned about the possibility of one or both of us eventually requiring full-time care which would eat up the savings we had hoped to leave for the younger generation. We also didn't know how to leave an inheritance for our youngest son who's on disability and isn't permitted to have more than $2,000 in the bank.
