Excellent service and advice from Jack! Last week we had a problem with a single mouse squatter… (I must admit I was so embarrassed)! Jack did some investigation and reassured us that we don’t have an infestation and that we just got unlucky! As part of the service Jack looked at potential rodent routes into our house and now they are blocked. FYI: My cat is currently under a performance review for his job as chief mouser!

Would absolutely recommend EES to anyone dealing with pests. I called them up to help deal with some pigeons on my balcony - they were able to come round and assess the problem the following day, and within a week they were back to install the anti-pigeon measures (they even give you a courtesy call to let you know when they're on their way, which is always appreciated). They were friendly, professional, and very considerate of my neuroses throughout.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. We actually had rats in our attic and they had also started to come in under our kitchen cupboard flooring. When I called EES and spoke to Jack, he was extremely professional and reassuring. He sorted the problem out over 4 visits to my house (took 3 weeks in all) and didn't even charge me for the 4th visit!! Jack is such a genuine and lovely person to deal with. He even blocked up the entry point under my kitchen cupboards for me where the rats had been getting in . Also, he gave me excellent advice on preventing the problem from returning. He is meticulous in his work and honestly, if you have rodent problems of any kind, I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Excellent service. Very quick to respond my cry fot help when I had a vermin problem. Friendly and professional throughout explaining everything that was going on - why and what he was doing and what the expected outcome was. Unfortunately, I experienced some electrical and plumbing issues due to damaged caused by the rat. After a call to Jordan he returned very quickly and went "over and above" helping to get this sorted out. I can't thank him enough. After 3 visits, plus an additional one to do some remedial proofing work my rat issue has been resolved. I would have no hesitation using them again and can highly recommended.

Superb service. Jordan visited our home promptly to assess the issue and checked in regularly while we were away on holiday. He communicated clearly and went out of his way to help us get rid of the pests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would highly recommend.

Awesome service got rid of our pesky mice. Five stars all round. Jack gave us great advice too, we will know what to do if we ever get unwanted company again!

100% positive experience. Jack found time to visit and investigate the scratching noises I heard in the ceiling cavities on the same day I contacted EES. He was always on time and explained every step in the process. He also sealed potential ingress points to prevent mouse returning in the wall cavities. Friendly, efficient, punctual.

These guys are knowledgable and professional. The initial visit included a whole house survey and bait setting, and by the end of the 3 visits our mouse problem was completely resolved. Friendly, efficient, unhurried and punctual, absolutely excellent service.

Jack was incredibly helpful with my flat’s mouse problem, explaining where mice had been coming from and easing any concerns. He worked efficiently, baiting traps and consistently returning to check them. Genuinely cared about resolving the issue.

I called EES on the 26th September about a wasp nest in my roof area, luckily they had an operative working nearby and he arrived 20 minutes later, he dealt with the wasp nest very quickly and professionally and i have had no problems since, great service keep up the good work.

It's very rare you find a company that turns up on time, does a great job, is extremely good value for money and keeps there promises. I can't recommend them enough!

One of the politest people and someone with great integrity. Had an issue with tree bees but explained why as a company they try to avoid exterminating bees due to their importance. Instead I got lots of information about tree bees, why I should not be concerned and that they should no longer be a problem for me in the next few weeks. Further to that, they even wrote me up a survey report of my bee situation and refused payment for it despite me asking. Thank you for your help and I’d recommend anyone to use this company if they want an honest and friendly service.
