He worked methodically and took extra measures to be sure our wall corners were protected since they had been recently painted. Carter was very conscientious and thorough. If I could give EcoClean zero stars, I would. We hired them for basement mitigation and rebuild expecting a smooth process, but it’s been a nightmare. Predatory Billing & Misleading Services: EcoClean is strictly a restoration company that only cares about extracting maximum money from the drying process. They overbilled mitigation so heavily that they drained the budget, leaving almost nothing for construction and forcing our insurance to fight the charges. They hide the fact that they don't actually do construction—they subcontract it out to obscure companies with zero online presence, reviews, or verifiable work quality. When I asked their manager about these subcontractors, he just shrugged it off, claiming he was new and had no experience with them. Zero Accountability & Ghosting: Right after they finished drying, a strange, concerning noise started in the basement. I reached out to Jake via call and text for what felt like an urgent emergency, and got total radio silence. Not a reply that day, not a check-in days later—nothing. Once they maxed out their payout on the drying phase, they threw a wrench in the wheel and ghosted, leaving our basement stuck unfinished for months. I will definitely not be using them for the build-out, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away.

Terry arrived at our home on time and was very professional, efficient and effective. He cleaned the carpet in 4 good sized rooms and a runner down our first floor hallway as a bonus. He was respectful of our home while winding the hoses through the house to the rooms needing cleaning. He told us the carpet would dry in half the time if we ran our ceiling fans and he was right. The one room without a fan took about 8 hours and the ones with the fans less than 4. The price was reasonable and we would definitely recommend Terry if you want a thorough, competent and respectful experience.

Krystal took my initial call and was immediately helpful explaining services and arranging an appointment quickly the same week. Terry T arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our 4 carpeted rooms and closets. He was professional, explained the work upfront, had a great attitude and work ethic. Carpets were cleaned in 1.5 hours including clean-up afterwards. Work was top-notch. Terry moved furniture as needed and removed old stubborn stains. Carpet looks nearly new! Terry T gave helpful tips to keep it clean, no surprise up charges, price matched the initial quote. Overall a professional organization with reasonable price (among 3 quotes) and knowledgeable employees providing excellent service. I will use them again in the future.

Recently I had a water damage issue in my Condo and I contacted EcoClean,they scheduled me promptly to have someone come over and check out the situation then Dominic and Ricky arrived and did a professional job of removing the damaged drywall with no mess left behind and placing in the dryer and dehumidifier to get the moisture out and removing them also with no problem,I would highly recommended this company and these guys if anyone reading this ever experiences this type of problem!!

Eco Clean was friendly and efficient. After getting a quote online, and being offered a new customer discount, I was pleased with the value and customer service. Carter did a great job cleaning the carpets. He was friendly and professional. The only thing I would note is the carpets do take longer than 6-8 hours to dry—more like 12-14 hours (without any fans on them). Happy with how they turned out!

EcoClean did a great job today on our carpet and couch! The carpet on the steps were especially bad but they got the stains out and it looks as good as new. They got the dog smell out of the couch and Scotchgarded it too. Highly recommend!

We called EcoClean after a sewage backup in our powder room. They came out the next morning to mitigate the problem, demo the damage and sanitize the space. We then worked with Josh and Guillermo and their team to repair and remodel the bathroom, along with replacing the main floor flooring due to damages. Everyone was professional and communicative and helped us navigate this hiccup in homeownership. We are so happy with the final results and would definitely recommend.
