Darren attended promptly when I contacted him about a problem on an old boiler. Communication was excellent throughout and, watching him work, it was clear that he knows his stuff. After completing a temporary fix he was more than happy to clearly explain things and discuss options going forward.

Quick turnaround and a fair price is exactly what we aim for—glad the job was sorted efficiently and the service felt friendly.
We were introduced to Darren through our neighbours, and we couldn't be more pleased with his service. He responded promptly and visited us quickly to diagnose the issue with our hot water system. While we were waiting for the replacement parts to arrive, he came up with an effective temporary solution that ensured we still had hot water.
Darren also took the time to identify potential weaknesses in our existing system and offered practical advice on how to protect it and extend its lifespan. This kind of preventative guidance is invaluable for any homeowner.
We truly appreciate Darren's professionalism, honesty, and friendly approach. His expertise and genuine commitment to helping his customers gave us great confidence, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Thanks for the lovely review, Lacey. We’re glad everything was sorted quickly and with a friendly service. We really appreciate your recommendation.
Highly recommend - had never heard or used Echo plumbing prior to the job Darren came round to resolve. I had a faulty meter to which the supplier came round to replace sunday and after installing new meter and upon doing their checks identified a gas leak so had to cap me off. Sourced Echo via check a trade & Darren came early Monday. Darren performed relevant checks etc. and even identified a fault the supplier had made with new meter installation.
New gas pipe laid with little fuss and although I am no expert on costings, seemed a reasonable price for what the job entailed 😊

Responded to my initial inquiry via WhatsApp very quickly, was able to quote me by looking at some photos, and booked me in to a digital diary right away.
Darren then arrived just before the agreed time, explained everything before proceeding to work as planned. Honest, down to earth and above all he actually turned up to do the job.
