Overall: At times challenging in regard to our relationship although this does seem to ahve improved recently. Senior levels at Dynamic can get defensive about feedback that they do not see as positive rather than hearing the issues and working with their customers to find a solution. We often find anything that we feedback on is met with a response that leads to it being something we have or haven't done. Inconsistency with the advice that we are given, we have found that we have asked how to do something and then when this goes wrong we are told that we shouldn't have done it like that and then a new way to do it is provided. Pros: Access that we have to all areas Tailored to how we need to use it and its ability to cater for multiple roles value for money Ease of use and ability for us to turn elements on and off so users don't see what they don't need to see Ability to change the language pack to align to our own terminology Reporting is good and to an extent meets our needs Support and training from our account manager has been excellent and always very responsive Cons: Customer support can vary in quality depending on who picks up the ticket Costs of development are very high when considering the annual cost of the system provision. Communication around known system issues we often find this out from our colleagues rather than us being able to be proactive in communicating these and when raised with Dynamic they advise they know about it but chose not to advise customers Following updates testing does feel a little sparse and we end up finding out issues and reporting them once the system has been turned back on Systems can lack flexibility at times which may be linked to it being a Moodle

Dynamic Business Services Ltd were fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond to help us create an e-learning module to train school staff on how to support young people’s mental health.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. They were always responsive, happy to answer questions, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the e-learning side of things, which was an area where we didn’t have much expertise.
The final product is excellent and is now being used in schools across the country. It has even received an award from the University of Cambridge, which says a lot about the quality of the work.
The team are clearly passionate about projects that help people and make a real difference. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.
