Fast, efficient, responsive. Lucas was assigned to help with a bathroom under sink leak and he not only handled the initial problem, he helped me see where other pipes and valves were corroded and in need of upgrades. Most of these things were over 20 years old. I feel better knowing future plumbing problems have been prevented. Lucas was knowledgeable, prompt and easy to talk to. He was up front about costs (which is a lot) but, once we agreed on which jobs to do, he got everything done in one day: I now have a new water heater, new garbage disposal, new sink pipes and faucets, a new water pressure valve and an unclogged outside drain. Wow, a hard-working guy and overall 5 star service!

I had a RO water system installed flawlessly by Lucas. The same day I had the water heater replaced with a tankless system by his fellow workers. The following day, Saturday, everything went down with the soft water system. Lucas to the rescue Monday first thing. His quick assessment rendered the installation needed a bit of conversion. After a 2 hr trip to the shop he had the necessary parts to correct the installation. Dunn Plumbing is very lucky to have an employee like Lucas, with 20 years in the business installing, identifying and correcting problems. I am completely satisfied with Dunn Plumbing and the excellent service provided by Lucas! I also found the presence of Michael Dunn reassuring and quite impressive to have an owner present on the job.

I’ve never reviewed an angel before but Micah is definitely an angel. He bent over backwards to make my house flood more bearable. My groceries were delivered while he was here, so he carried them into the kitchen. Who does that? He worked around my fixed income so I could pay. Who does that? He assured me it’s not about the money, it’s about helping people and I truly think this company and Micah believe and live that. They have a customer for life. If you use any other company you’re doing yourself a disservice. Thank you Micah. There just aren’t enough words. I had to wait a day until I got paid lol for Micah to come back out and flush my hot water heater. Again he goes above and beyond. Dunn Plumbing must get their employees from heaven. Their prices are Extremely Reasonable. I will never use another company. Dunn plumbing you’re the best!!

Mario was amazing literally took like five minutes for him to solve the problem we love him bc our water bill went from 100 something to 500 thank you Mario!!!!! You deserve a raise!!!!!! He came by for a water leak detection

Our water softener busted and water was spraying everywhere. The company that installed it didn’t do it to code and there was no way to shut it off except for at the meter which we didn’t have any idea where it was. We called for emergency services and got a call back right away. Our serviceman helped walk us through over the phone and since it was late at night we decided to for go THE after hours charges and wait until the morning for him to come out. He arrived promptly the next morning and took care of our issues at a reasonable cost, which greatly helped us out! We will definitely be using Dunn plumbing for our future service services.
