Februar 12-en (egy honapja) rendeltunk egy cipot toluk, azota 3-4 szer felhivtuk oket h mi ujsag a rendelesunkkel, mindig visszahivast igertek, sosem hivtak es a cipot sem kaptuk meg. Soha tobbet nem rendelunk toluk.

A főnök rendkívül udvariatlan és teljesen szakmaiatlan. Még arra sem tesz erőfeszítést, hogy megfelelően kommunikáljon a vásárlókkal. Két hete rendeltem itt a cipőmet, és egyértelműen azt mondta, hogy két héten belül megérkezik. Amikor visszamentem érdeklődni, egyszerűen csak annyit mondott: „Nem tudom”, és letagadta, hogy valaha is ilyet mondott volna. HA A CIPŐ MÉG NEM ÉRKEZETT MEG, AKKOR NE GYERE IDE. Pontosan ezt mondta nekem. Az ilyen fajta tisztességtelenség, tiszteletlenség és felelőtlenség teljesen elfogadhatatlan. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom ezt a helyet.

To clarify the situation: you came to the store after the 14-day period had passed to pick up your shoes. At that time, the product had not yet arrived. I asked whether you had received an email notification that the shoes were ready for pickup, and you confirmed that you had not. We collect customers’ email addresses specifically so that an automatic notification is sent immediately once the product becomes available — and this process was explained at the time of ordering as well.
Regarding the delivery time: our webshop states an estimated delivery window of 2–14 days. However, I have never promised any customer that their product would arrive exactly on the 14th day. When you asked when the shoes would arrive, I said “I don’t know” — meaning that I cannot see the exact shipping timeline from the supplier. I also explained that as soon as the shoes arrive (and I mentioned it would likely be the next day once received), you would immediately receive an email notification.
At no point did I tell you “not to come here.” What I explained was that the reason we request email contact is to avoid customers making an unnecessary trip to the store before their product has arrived.
We always aim to communicate clearly and respectfully, and I’m sorry if there was any misunderstanding.
