Doorfit Garage Doors Reviews

I wouldn't be giving this review if there was any kind of communication involved. Damaged side panels when installing. Wanted it to be replaced. Trying to arrange a call back that nobody wants to deal with. The reason i didnt do this myself was to save time and make sure there was no damages instead ive been left with wasted time, damaged side panels, told id get a call back and i haven’t and again ignored today! Very dissapppointmemt Cheapest quotes are not always the best!

Had an issue with my garage door not closing using the mechanism and therefore had it in manual mode. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided by James. He was extremely professional, polite and friendly from start to finish. He clearly takes great pride in his work, explained everything clearly and carried out the repair to a fantastic standard. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and James is a real credit to the company. The whole experience was seamless, and I’m genuinely delighted with the quality of the work and the way he handled everything. I would highly recommend James to anyone and would have absolutely no hesitation in using his services again. Excellent workmanship, outstanding professionalism and a great overall experience. Thank you, James!

Excellent, prompt service. James quickly identified the problem and with initiative soon had the doors in working order. Said what he would do and did what he said. The job was very fairly priced I would recommend this company

From start to finish our experience with Doorfit has been a pleasurable one...from the initial consultation and choosing which garage doors to buy to having them fitted was a seamless process....with Junior and Cole keeping us informed along the way, surveyor James and the fitter Dave who did a first class job of the installation....we took a "little bit of a punt" with the design and colour having not seen it in a showroom....but from the pictures and colour sample supplied the finished product exceeded our expectations....well done guys....and finally we would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to go to for your new garage doors!!!

Amazing customer service from James Wright, he listened to what I required and was able to provide a wealth of options. All correspondence through James was brilliant too, giving updates throughout. The fitting of the door was great. The door looks fantastic and I am so pleased I got exactly what I wanted!
