This was my first project using commercial doors, and Door Depot had the best prices I could find. The lead time was only about a week, and about a week in transit via LTL carrier. The doors came well protected in a wooden crate. Lined with cardboard to prevent friction rubs through the primer. The customer service was excellent. Give them a try for your next project

Dealing with door depot was not the issue, however there was some problems that delayed the shipment that had to do with zoning in the delivery selection which i guess was my fault. The true horror story was the shipping company I can not believe the lack of organization I was told a different delivery day by 3 people set up for it got guys on site to receive it the hole shot for every day i was told, when I called and they made me sound like i was and idiot "sir I don't know who you talked to but they didn't have clearance to set up up your delivery'" . I was so frustrated spending money to send my guys out for nothing.
The company was rude and had to apology after all the lies all they said was something happened with your order. I had 20 more door to order with them for first floor, I would deal with door depot again just not if they are still using that shipping company. This is the first review i've ever written i normally understand mistakes and bad days giving people benefit of the doubt but the fact I lost money on their word with no apology after they knew they screwed up was impossible to look passed the door was scratched bad we are painting it but i know the shipping company is responsible.

Door Depot is easy to work with. Doors are good quality and the lead times are very short! I will definitely use them on our next order.

Door and frame came in exactly to size. Fit perfectly in my pre-existing hole. Installation was easy. Door was pre- pocketed for mortise locks. Everything came together seamlessly. Great job door Depot!
