This is an outstanding Carpet Cleaning company with a wonderful owner Pedro. We were fortunate to find him and he does a great job and is so professional and responsive. His equipment is state of the art, he arrives on time, and does not leave until the job is done completely. He and his colleague were thorough and excellent. They did carpets, cushions, pressure washing of outdoor furniture and got amazing results! The cushions and carpet are like new. He also cleaned our upholstery on the bed frame and it is like new. We will definitely trust him for any future services we will need. They have other services and yesterday provided outstanding Gutter Cleaning Services! We highly recommend Dr. Carpet for any services they provide.

My sister recommended the Dr carpet cleaner when I moved in my new home, the carpet was in very bad condition due to dogs and cats peeping on it. They were very honest about the conditions of the carpet, they told me they were going to do their best to not only to make it clean but to remove the smells inside the padding and carpet. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! DR. MIRACLE for sure! Arrived at my rental property after a tenant's 7 week stay, and found the cream carpet in the living/dining and hallway had been trampled on repeatedly by workman's boots, despite house guidelines to take shoes off at the door, sign for shoes off, and extra small carpet to lay shoes on, all totally ignored. Complete DISASTER, plus new tenant arriving in 1 week, I was heading off abroad, and only had 1 day at the apartment to tidy up for the next tenant.. Luckily, Dr Carpet was available that day, and came in the late afternoon. When Dr. Carpet entered, he said, "WHAT happened here!" My question exactly! Great team, super in explaining what he would do, clear and patient, and got to work right away. I left during their 2 hour job, and he sent photos as they were cleaning, showing me how filthy their cleaning water was after cleaning my living room. When I arrived back, it was already dark, but they had stayed to work, and when I entered the apartment, BEAUTIFUL, like the showroom apartment it should always look like. SUCH A BIG RELIEF. Professional, friendly, very competent. Will definitely use again. Really SAVED me, and I am very appreciative! BIG 5 STARS!!!

After calling three companies, I decided to go with Dr. Carpet Cleaner because of their reasonable pricing and impressive 5.0-star rating—and let me tell you, it was the best decision I made! Pedro, the owner, and his assistant came the very next day and did an excellent job cleaning my elderly father's bedroom and living room carpets, which were heavily stained and very dirty. Pedro was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the chemistry behind the urea stain removal process. They used multiple steps and top-of-the-line cleaning products that made a real difference. I was especially impressed by how thorough Pedro was—he pushed the steamer slowly and firmly over each section of carpet, steaming and drying each area twice to ensure all the dirt was lifted. His attention to detail was excellent. He reached under the closet door to remove hidden stains. I couldn't believe my eyes when they were done—the carpets looked brand new! I'm extremely happy with the service and will definitely recommend Dr. Carpet Cleaner to friends and family.

If the top amount of stars were 10 I would click all 10 stars! This is the first time I used Dr Carpet USA. My white Carpet was loaded with stains and dirt from opening up the walls in my condominium, searching for leaks which caused deep black stains everywhere. I was sure the carpet was ruined, but Dr Carpet USA did a fantastic job of meticulously going over all the stains and dirt, eliminating them. He did several processes to the Carpet including UV Light Disinfecting and steam cleaning. One of my big concerns was having the Carpet be wet for a few days and he showed how the steam cleaning works and the excess water was sucked back into his equipment.Not only was the carpet beautifully cleaned, but it was dry within 5 hours! He explained all the processes as he cleaned and help me understand how to keep the carpet clean. I chose to go green with the cleaning process. For anyone with young children, I would suggest you definitely use this cleaning service. Your children will have a clean and healthy carpet to play on. The price was very affordable! I can’t Recommend Dr Carpet USA enough!

They came in got started right away and even moved furniture that I couldn't move on my own, to make sure they cleaned the whole entire carpet!!!!! Now I can admit, I hadn't had my carpet cleaned in a while, so when I saw the water he pored out after cleaning, my jaw dropped. Trust it won't take me a long time again lol.
