My Skoda Columbus unit was despatched via DPD to DND Services on Monday 30th March with an annoying intermittent "start up" problem, and I didn't have the security code. Despite the intervening Easter holidays the unit was received back via DPD on Wednesday 8th April. From the off, it burst into life and I have every confidence it will continue to work for many more years.
Prior to sending the unit to DND Services I had made enquiries with a local car radio repairer and was told the firmware was corrupt and to replace and reload the software and supply the code would cost 474GBP inc VAT. Also, the unit would be away for at least 2 weeks. Needless to say I didn't go down their road!
DND Services "system" for both posting to, and from Paignton worked like a dream, as did the service from DPD.

Thank you for the Kind words and so glad we could get your stereo up and running again. Its been really good to communicate with you throughout the process on this one and knowing how you feel about most of the fake reviews out there on the web, I am genuinely humbled that you decided to leave such a positive one for me.
