I could not recommend DNB enough. Guy and his team were genuinely amazing people and refreshing to work with. I could tell that they had my best intentions in mind and were truly consultative throughout the entire process. They take a general interest in their clients and are super detail oriented. I think overall their communication was the component that won me over. More than anything these are great people who remove all friction throughout the renovation process.

I serve on our co-op board, and I've seen plenty of renovations go wrong, this wasn't one of them. DNB handled all building requirements, permits, and approvals without issue. Their crew was professional and respectful to the building staff and neighbors. The apartment they renovated looks stunning, and the project was completed with zero complaints from residents. That alone is worth five stars.
