We would like THANK Bryant (Owner) and Ramos (Supervisor) for the Excellent work. We were very concerned about the water leak we found. Bryant promptly replied to the Yelp request. His company was on the only one that replied the "same day" with an estimate. The cost was reasonable and the estimate covered the needed parts. Ramos was very professional, answer questions and explained how the system works. His experience and skills gave me the peace of mind .. I was able to sleep well that night, after the repair. This company conducts Superior work!! As a matter of fact .. I asked for an estimate to replace the home sprinkler heads.

I just bought my first home little did I know it had a residential fire sprinkler system? I found out the hard way. Needless to say I found Bryant last minute on a weekend and he came out that night and helped me when I really needed it not to mention he was actually sick that day and he warned me. Hey I’m sick. I said get in here fix this thing ha ha anyway he was amazing and after the work was done, he even brought back the next day a dehumidifier. I would recommend him 1000 times over.

I had a sprinkler mishap to say the least in my new house I had only owned for two days. I found Bryant and his team online. He came late in the evening on a weekend fix the problem and then came back to check it past 11 PM in the evening. The work was amazing but the customer service was even better. The next day he let me borrow his dehumidifier for as many days as I needed. I recommend this company to anybody.

I did a Yelp project in order to do a sprinkler and fire test for my residential home care. Diamond Fire Protection was the first one to respond to my query, came out the next day at 7AM in the morning, and did all the testing an replaced some old rusting equipment and signs for free. Great job. I'm going to hire them for all my homes annual fire test or anything fire related.

Very responsive ALL day. It made us come to an agreement really quick and they started work the next day and completed it. Had a leak from the fire sprinkler and glad I picked Diamond Fire Protection for the job. Turned out that there was a leak from a pipe. Bryant was so clear and explained what he had to do to fix it. He had to cut into the drywall to fix the leak and then returned the day after my painter was done with touch up work. I was only on site for 10 mins and Bryant took the trouble to keep me updated with pictures. Definitely recommend using Bryant.

Finding a reliable and professional vendor is one of the greatest advantages for business owners, especially when dealing with city inspections. We were fortunate to find Diamond Fire Protection and Bryant. Bryant’s knowledge, organization, and excellent communication truly stood out. He broke down each phase of the project for me, providing clear updates after each section and outlining what to expect next. His approach was well thought out, offering a play-by-play plan that made the entire process much smoother. Even when my general contractor (GC) experienced delays, Bryant followed up to ensure that everyone stayed aligned. Even though the job was more than an hr away he took on the project witout any hesitation He explained the process and time frame, he completed the project as promised , his crew is knowledgeable and professional, passed inspection without a hitch, I would definitely call them for my next project and will recommend to anyone that needs this type of service.
