Excellent service from DEFENDA Couriers they were bang on time to pick up and bang on time for delivering the next day from Dundee Scotland to London. Bart the driver was very efficient and effective and looked after our equipment like it was his own. Thanks for bringing this situation to our notice. Having investigated it transpires the vehicle was in for a service and maintenance that day. We have taken the matter up with the garage and expressed our great displeasure that our vehicles are being driven in the way you describe. Anyway, thanks again for the heads-up on this.
Got us out of a tight spot with one of our customers and did a sameday service from Northampton to Essex. Pallet collected within 90 minutes of our enquiry and personally confirmed delivery had been made a couple of hours later. Great service!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service from Mark and his team. Quick to respond to messages and happy to help in any way. The driver was polite and got to the destination in good time. Would highly recommend if you want a small amount of stuff transporting. Will be using again and would highly recommend them.

Quite literally a life saving service!
I cannot recommend DEFENDA Couriers enough. Mark was so professional, kind and extremely understanding with my very emotive request. We needed to get medical equipment from Bristol to an operating theatre in London, before the operation had ended. Mark totally took on board the gravity of the situation, quite literally life and death, and responded immediately. He had a courier at Bristol within 20 minutes and he arrived at Kings Hospital within 3 hours! Mark continually emailed with updates of where the courier was and again, once he had arrived on site. Everything went to plan with the help of Mark and his team. We honestly cannot thank them and recommend this service enough.
Thank you once again Mark, we will continue to use your services for the foreseeable future!

Excellent service from Mark and the team at Defenda, I called at 9am in the morning to get some items collected in Glasgow and delivered to an address in London....they organised it super quick, the items were delivered the same day and I was kept informed throughout the delivery journey. Other carriers either couldn't be bothered or were materially more expensive, I would highly recommend Mark and the Defenda business if you need things moved around the UK

Excellent service from Mark at Defenda Couriers, very easy to arrange our oversized shipment from Coventry to Lincoln. It was quoted, confirmed and booked in within the hour, all by email. Driver arrived on time and we got an update once it had been delivered.
