Quite literally a life saving service! I cannot recommend DEFENDA Couriers enough. Mark was so professional, kind and extremely understanding with my very emotive request. We needed to get medical equipment from Bristol to an operating theatre in London, before the operation had ended. Mark totally took on board the gravity of the situation, quite literally life and death, and responded immediately. He had a courier at Bristol within 20 minutes and he arrived at Kings Hospital within 3 hours! Mark continually emailed with updates of where the courier was and again, once he had arrived on site.
