Excellent service from Mark at Defenda Couriers, very easy to arrange our oversized shipment from Coventry to Lincoln. It was quoted, confirmed and booked in within the hour, all by email. Driver arrived on time and we got an update once it had been delivered.

Just wanted to say thank you to Mark for all his help. My items have now been received by Victorian Plumbing and I’m so relieved it all went well. There was a delayed pickup due to unforeseen circumstances but it was good that I could phone Mark and he was prompt in returning my calls. It’s so nice to actually SPEAK to someone! I highly recommend this service.

Brilliant service.

Many years ago as a new online business owner shipping over sized items in the UK, to Europe and America, April and her team were life savers. They gave me tips on packaging, sizing of packaging and the best means to send the items.
I never had any complaints about the condition of the items upon arrival, nor were any items lost.
For anyone new to shipping over sized items I cannot recommend them highly enough.
