Really impressed with the EPC I had done for my property (4 bedroom Barn conversion)). From the first contact, communication was excellent and booking was easy. The assessor arrived on time, was respectful and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the findings. I would highly recommend Alec at Deepdene Property Services. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent, he arrived on time, and got straight on with completing the EPC efficiently. Although he was focused on getting the job done, he was also happy to chat along the way, which made the whole experience really pleasant. The inspection was thorough and the EPC certificate was sent through promptly — we had the report back the very next day. The whole process was smooth and easy to arrange from start to finish.
