Really impressed with the EPC I had done for my property (4 bedroom Barn conversion)). From the first contact, communication was excellent and booking was easy. The assessor arrived on time, was respectful and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the findings. I asked Alec Hodgson for an EPC this afternoon, the appointment was made for this evening at 5.30. Such an efficient man, he was very thorough at his job and explained everything as he went along. I have just received the results. I cannot believe someone can come on the same day and receive the results so quickly. Thank you
