Dean Restoration should be considered if not hired for any home repair or remodel. Dean and his team performed all their work in a very professional manner. Quality of the work was of highest importance. The fact that Dean listened to our wants and needs and gave us options for not only budget but for design. Dean advised but also guided us thru the process. Our project had been started by another contractor who had performed some unsatisfactory work. Quality issues improper installation of many things. Dean and and his team not only had a task of the remodel but repair the previously improper work. They did a great job. The only regret was not knowing of them in the beginning and hiring from the start. Dean listens and works with each client to maximize the value.

Dean helped us repair some bubbling plaster in our ceiling and diverted our upstairs bathroom vent to the outdoors. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient while explaining things and he went above and beyond with his guidance and advice. Him and his team were professional, punctual, and worked quickly to complete the jobs. We will definitely be looking to Dean Restoration for future home improvement needs!

Dean Restoration restored my house from a AC condensate line leak. Dean had his team at my house the next day first thing to dry out my house and to remove ceilings and walls. His team was there everyday working on the restoration. They worked neatly and were all a pleasure to work with. Dean is also great at communicating his plan and responds back quickly. The job was done well and the house looks better than ever. I would hire Dean Restoration every time! Don’t hesitate to hire them for any restoration project.

Dean Restoration did a lot of remodeling in our house. They are true craftsmen, paying attention to the smallest detail. They always did the work between inspections when they said they would. Dean Restoration was fantastic! Dean and the crew were courteous, efficient, hardworking and NEAT!! I was updated daily as to what to expect the next day throughout the process. Every workday culminated in a cleanup. No corners were cut. Dean’s word is his bond. I highly recommend their work. You won’t be sorry!

Had a toilet overflow that caused a lot of damage. The restoration was very thorough, taking steps to avoid so much damage if it happened again. It looked like a complete bathroom do-over when it was finished. Dean has been very responsive and I am considering the company for another job.
