We were looking for a used SUV from Dauphin Ford. We found one that fit with our needs. The employee that helped us was Spenser, he was an excellent employee. He was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and invested in the prouct he was selling. He also did a comparison of used vs new. The employee pricing event was underway at the time of our visit. He pointed out the cost difference between the two. We ended up with a new 2026 Bronco Big Bend , a beautiful new vehicle. Thank you so much Spenser for a wonderful experince

Going onto Dean Cooley’s lot to look at the vehicles, was very hard to do! I loved my old truck to the bitter end and it was stressful to think I needed a new vehicle. What a great experience. Josh Marshall came strolling over to check how my day was going!. From greeting me with no pushy agenda, to sitting in ,what can only be explained as, a dream SUV, it was easy to make the commitment. From Sales to finance, I felt heard and appreciated and I love my new Buick Envision!!! 😎
