Wonderful experience in dealing with Chris at DavidSW LLC. Very responsive, knowledgeable, highest integrity, fair pricing and prompt shipping on what, for all intents and purposes, was a brand new (technically pre-owned for about 5 or 6 weeks) Grand Seiko limited edition SLGB0005 Spring Drive UFA watch. I would not hesitate to do business with Chris again. A+ experience.

Fantastic experience with David’s SW LLC. David and Chris were incredibly responsive by email and provided detailed photos of the watch ahead of time, which made the whole process very transparent. I had visited their Orlando store in-person as well which was very nice and modern. Their evaluation of my trade-in was professional and very fair, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The watch I received was exactly as described—overnighted Fed Ex delivery. I would absolutely do business with them again and am already working with them to track down another vintage watch on my wish list. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or trade watches.

I had an excellent experience selling my Rolex to DavidSW. I first contacted them on Thursday last week and we quickly agreed on a fair offer for my watch. The same day they emailed me a prepaid shipping label, which made the process very easy. I shipped the watch on Monday via overnight delivery, and they received it on Tuesday. After inspecting it, they sent my payment the very same day via bank deposit. Throughout the entire process they kept me updated, and communication was clear and professional from beginning to end. The whole transaction was incredibly smooth and fast. If you’re looking to sell a luxury watch and want a trustworthy, efficient buyer, I highly recommend DavidSW.

I had heard nothing but praise for DavidSW from friends and while visiting Orlando for a holiday and checking their website decided to visit the shop and possibly get a Tudor. It was a pleasure to be in the shop and check out the stock they had in. The whole team couldn’t have been friendlier. I got speaking to Mark and he was excellent. He was more than happy letting me check out any of the watches I was interested in and was very thorough when I settled on a watch. He explained the whole process at each stage and never once did I feel pushed into making a purchase. I am already looking at other products they hold and will absolutely be back again.
