When others said no, Adel Daoud and the team said yes.
After dealing direct with some third party lenders and for months a large Mortgage Broker chain (I wont mention any names) going through the motions, I was ultimately told my situation was a little too complex to change or move forward.
Luckily and thankfully that Broker did say “I do know someone that may be able to assist you” and forwarded on Adel Daoud’s number.
I was very impressed with Adel from the first phone conversation, very polite, patient and very determined to find the options that will give me the end result I was after. Even though my situation was complex and labor intensive for Adel, he still was more than happy to take it on as a challenge and yes ultimately and gratefully all was achieved with Adel and the team at Daoud Finance and more.
I was hoping to do some difficult refinances and release a little bit of equity, Adel did all of that and on top was able to secure a new loan which I thought would not be possible, but he had the experience and knowledge to deliver. I am very happy with the lenders he suggested and the rates are competitive.
Going through the process was great, Daoud Finance have simple to use portals to gather all my information on application. What is important to note is that there is a great support team making process flow from start to finish.
Irene is amazing with the settlements process and following up lenders on my behalf with all the little intricacies keeping it simple for me saving me lots of time. Communication was great keeping me updated on every step and every little bit of progress that was made to reach the end goals. Irene was also very helpful post settlement in dealing with lenders directly on new account setups etc. Josh was great in crunching the numbers and delivering possible scenarios with a very quick turnaround time which was much appreciated.
Daoud Finance have a genuine personal touch and care to detail which is very impressive. Not only have they shown commitment on setup they pledge commitment and support ongoingly with rate reviews and service checkups.
What is most important is that Adel, Irene and Josh are great people who were always very approachable, helpful, attentive, very pleasant and easy to deal with.
I am more than happy recommending Daoud Finance to everybody, and I am looking forward to more dealings in the future.
