I PURCHASED A 100 DOLLAR MICROSCOPE, THAT DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY, SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND, AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY, SO AM TAKING IT FURTHER NOW TO THE OMBUDSMEN... IT WAS ALOT OF MONEY AND I PAID POSTAGE ON TOP... WAS VERY UPSET WITH THIS SERVICE!!!! :(
