I have never been one to leave reviews unless a business gives 120%. I purchased a Lexus about 2 years ago and was so satisfied that I flew back and purchased a truck. I love the transparent pricing and appreciate Ace taking his time to go through the features and even helping me set up my Blue tooth. I had an amazing experience at Crace! They are very upfront, honest and helpful. They will really take their time to work with you and find the best rates. I would recommend to shop here a million times over! Especially if you’re a first time buyer.

Bought a chevy cruze in Nov 2025. Had to be brought back repeatedly in the first month for mechanical issues. Was finally told the mechanic they use couldn't do anything else to fix the problem and all additional costs would be on me. Almost $2000 later a dealership mechanic found the shoddy work Ace's mechanic did. These wires should have been soldered. See attached pic. My complaint has been filed with the Attorney General. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.

Hey Michelle, I am sorry that you had an issue with your 2012 Chevrolet Cruze that you purchased a while back. We do not have a service facility that we own, but we send our cars to a 3rd party reputable service professionals. I really don't know what I am looking at but I am happy that your issue is found and fixed. Does sound like a lot of money to perform that work though. Either way, I do wish you the best and that you are loved

I meet Ace (owner), Hunter (salesman) through my Son Ryan (now deceased) who was friends with Hunter. Hunter came to Ryan’s viewing and I received a beautiful condolence card from them. They were so nice and very helpful to me as I am disabled. I purchased my car on Sept 10,2025. Ace made the process very easy for me an was very thorough. A little over a wk later I had an issue and called Ace. He immediately stepped in and got things taken care of for me. I am so grateful for him. I sent my sister to them and she purchased her new vehicle from Crace. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from this lot! My daughter purchased her 1st car from this establishment in July and has had problems the entire time so far! The car is currently in the shop receiving engine repairs almost $4000 worth of repairs! The warranty covered some but the engine was missing components! Now why sell a vehicle to a innocent young person knowing the engine is missing parts! We were told the shop behind this business inspected the vehicle before it was purchased so that means the definitely knew there were parts missing! So now my daughter is paying almost $1000 out of pocket because the warranty company won't cover the missing components! Then there is still $900 worth of repairs that need to be done that she had to tell the repair shop to wait since she is already paying $1000! We're so very disappointed!

Elaine, I am sorry your daughter is having an issue with her 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. I assure you the 3rd party reputable mechanic does his absolute best on making sure issues are resolved upfront and before the sale. In a perfect world, nothing would go wrong. After looking at the claim, their is a big difference between a broken part and a missing part. I would get a 2nd opinion on the amount. That's REALLY high.
