The instructor Remi was great with explaining BSL and if we had the wrong answer, she would explain why our answers were wrong. She explained everything in details and demonstrated the correct way to do CPR. She was very relaxed and relatable. My only suggestion is for closed captions to be added to the BBP and First Aide online training.

I truly appreciated how the class structured the lessons with a mix of videos, Remi's clear instructor delivery, and practical hands-on training. The methods for performing CPR, using an AED, and providing choking assistance for adults, children, and infants were all demonstrated effectively. It was thorough and engaging, making me feel confident in applying these life-saving techniques. Highly recommend!

Remi was a great instructor. Very military-esque. But necessary. The way she taught my class allowed us to quickly remember the information. Definitely take this class.
