Just had Tech (Jesus Ramos) come by checked our unit. He was very cordial and easy to talk to. He explained to us exactly what he was doing and what he looked at. He gave us a couple of quotes of what we might be looking at for future maintenance. I look forward to seeing him again. Outstanding job Jesus! Thank you very much.

Jesus Ramos came by today to do our spring maintenance and he was fantastic! This is the kind of experience we have come to expect from Cote's. He answered all my questions, checked on all my small requests, was super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. As for the call center customer service, it was much smoother than it was in the fall. Things seem to be sorting out compared to when the transition first started. The reps were nice and had the information I asked for.

Horrible customer service. We bought an AC from Cote's and stayed with them for almost 10 years. With the latest Spring Maintenance, they asked twice to send out a tech from their sister company after we said we rather have their tech to come out. They charge us for the filter when it's included in our warranty. Our warranty should be ending Oct 2027, now they're saying it ends Jun 2026. We had reached out to them several times via text, web, and phone with no follow up. I hope this review will not get an auto response to call them to discuss our concerns as we have been calling, texting, and web chatting with them. Update to Owner: We've call, text, and web chat numerous times with no response. Are you really asking us to call you again? Isn't it time for you to respond to us? Otherwise, I wouldn't have written this review.

Cote's has always taken good care of us and Aiden from A1 Air was so friendly and explained everything to me about his work. I haven't been back to the house after everything wa competed but I did see see and talk with Aiden when I was there arlier this afternoon and he showed me multiple before and after pictures. The work was completed in one day despite electrical power being off for a while.Thanks.

Amazing tech, Toby was very informative showing me the issues of my HVAC unit, had the estimate readily available so I didn't have to wait in dread of the possible repair costs. Turned out the repair cost were very reasonable and not a big sticker shock like most repairs tend to be. Toby took the time to go over everything, he was very personable and knowledgeable.
