Ricardo was amazing and really knowledgeable. He was patient and tried his best to show us as many animals as possible. However things didn’t start right with the parking scam (again in Costa Rica!) when we could have just parked on the street for free. Also we didn’t see as many animals as we thought we would, we saw more parots and monkeys at our Airbnb.

The tour was AMAZING! We recommend hiring Jason if you want the best experience visiting Manuel Antonio National Park. Jason knew all the best spots to view wildlife and experience all the hidden beauty in the park. This was the highlight of our 18 days in Costa Rica.

Since I had fractured my elbow just before vacation we were unable to do some of the more adventurous things we had planned. We pivoted to a visit to Manuel Antonio national Park as recommended by our apartment host. I decided to do the guide experience to take full advantage of our time and we were so glad we did this. Mauricio was an excellent, friendly, funny and knowledgeable guide. We saw so many things we never would have noticed had he not been with us. This is an easy, relaxing and interesting hike through a beautiful location. If you wish, you can stay in the park after and explore or go hang on the beach. Definitely recommend.

Checho, our tourguide was GREAT! He knew excatly where to spot the sloths, orange squirrel monkeys, the cool spiders and frogs and he knows alot of history about Costa Rica in general. He has such a great personality and he is super funny! If you get him, you will have a great time and learn alot. Muchas Gracias hermanoo. Pura Vida!

Wakoo was great! Jason was engaging and informative as he continually spotted creatures we'd overlooked! Sloth, howler monkey, insects and arachnids, lizards, crabs, and a rare venomius snake! Communication was great - including advise so we wouldn't get tricked by the aggressive parking scammers up the road from the park entrance! Highly recommend!!

Andre was an amazing guide!!! We spotted things I would have never imagined were there. Beautiful colorful grasshoppers, spiders, howler monkeys, toucans, armadillos!!!, and of course, sloths! He was so knowledgeable about the animals. I learned so much and enjoyed myself thoroughly!! I had been to the park before with another guide and didn’t see half as much as Andre spotted. 100% WOULD RECOMMEND, AWESOME TOUR!!!!

If I could give more stars, I would! Jason was AMAZING! Do yourself a favor a book this guide. Without Jason, we would have walked right past everything. We saw monkeys, a sloth, numerous types of lizards, bats, a venomous snake, etc! We did the 10:30 tour. Wonderful experience!!
