Complete Kitchens are fantastic to work with - highly recommend. Stephanie and ALL of the trades Complete Kitchens use were phenomenal and just lovely people. We have a smaller sized kitchen and they all made the space work - from the initial design to their behind the scenes conversations on how it would work and look - they really thought about every detail. The communication on when people would arrive was excellent - Amy and Alex have projects running like a well oiled machine. The workmanship of the kitchen is faultless and the small thoughtful details added make me smile every day. Big thank you!

We had a great experience with Complete Kitchens for our new kitchen in our Californian bungalow in Melbourne's SE suburbs. Alex and team assisted us in narrowing down our preferences and provided a wealth of design expertise to ensure the modern features of our new kitchen blended in to our period house. We were able to evaluate different options and discuss the elements that we wanted to incorporate. We compared the service on offer to other kitchen companies and CK stood out. We were able to view the kitchen in the CK factory with Alex at test-assembly stage before painting and installation, so that any potential issues were avoided. We were impressed with the quality of the materials (high moisture-resistant boards, quality drawer runners and hinges, etc) and in the pride of craftmanship all the staff displayed. We had real peace of mind where CK project managed competitive trade quotations and coordinated timing of the various tradespeople to attend. We compared this to the reviews we read of other high-profile kitchen companies who leave this up to the client to sort out - we are so pleased that CK handled the coordination. The tradespeople were all very familiar with CK's process and the process could not have been more easy for us. Where there were a couple inevitable small issues that cropped up - e.g. a small solvent smudge on a 2 pac door that needed to be replaced - CK resolved this promptly by replacing the whole door, without question or fuss. The price was highly competitive for the very high quality of the final product and the expert workmanship. Highly recommended!

Complete Kitchens have been great to work with in our full kitchen renovation and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We worked closely with Alex G. with our ideas and the design and was able to accomplish much more storage and prep area with much the same footprint. From when we signed off on the design we were kept informed with the process and everything went as planned. All their staff and trades were great and very easy to work with. I can't thank the team at Complete Kitchens enough for making such a beautiful kitchen for us to enjoy!!

We have had two fantastic experiences with Complete Kitchens , a couple of years apart. A few years ago they did our kitchen and they have now just completed our laundry. Both projects were seamless and have exceeded our expectations. Our laundry was tiny, but designer Alex managed to squeeze so much cover space into the new design, it’s both practical and so pretty!

We have just finished our new kitchen in Albert Park and couldn’t be more happy. Alex Garnish was our Designer and contact throughout the process. Alex helped with the design of our first kitchen asThis is actually our second kitchen we have done with Complete kitchens because they were so fabulous to deal with the first time and just as good The second time round. Alex is a great designer, very friendly, open to discussion and approachable. With Complete kitchens you don’t just get a new fabulous kitchen but you also get the after-care which is what everyone wants and should get but not often do get.. When The Complete kitchen installers came back to readjust our Kitchendoors after the kitchen Had settled, he was kind enough to look at a Living roomcupboard door that was not fitted by Complete kitchens and repair it for us. That’s what you pay for when you go to Complete kitchens an amazing gorgeous kitchen and people who care about not just a customer but a person/persons. Couldn’t recommend this organisation more high. You won’t regret retaining them for your beautiful dream kitchen.

The team at Complete Kitchens rushed our kitchen renovation through to meet our tight timeframe. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and their after sales service was also. A front panel of a was damage after installation that we only found after a couple of months. We did not know if it was the builder's fault or CK. However Complete Kitchens replaced it at no cost. Thank you to the CK team.

You have to love a business whose idea of customer service lasts more than 20 years Complete Kitchens installed our kitchen in 2005 and we were very happy with the support offered to design the kitchen, as they listened to what was going to suit our family as well as making some innovative suggestions. Imagine our surprise when more than 20 years later we had our first issue with one of the cupboards and they were very responsive to our query and were willing to come out and fix it. We have loved our kitchen for 20 years and have enjoyed many a family meal and celebration around the large bench. We are very appreciative that it still looks modern, practical and welcoming and we can continue to have it serve as the heart of our home and entertain all our family and friends.

Hi Dallin

We were disappointed to see your one-star review and your comment about our receptionist being rude. Several of our staff were at the reception during your call, and it was clear to everyone that this was not the case.

You called about an hour ago requesting to visit our showroom to collect samples. Mel, our showroom manager, explained politely that we are unable to provide samples to the general public or builders. Our sample room operates by appointment only and is fully booked today for colour consultation meetings. Throughout the call, Mel remained professional and apologized many times - the phone call was recorded and this was witnessed by other staff members.

While we understand it may not have been the answer you were hoping for, it does not reflect rudeness. Our team’s role is to provide honest guidance so clients have clear expectations. If you wish to obtain samples, you can simply visit the Laminex Showroom in South Melbourne, which is open to the public and can provide the samples you require. Their showroom is open until 4 pm today.

We hope this clarifies the situation and kindly ask that you consider removing your review. As a builder yourself, we trust you understand the effort businesses put into building their reputation and would appreciate that leaving a negative review about a fellow builder is not something taken lightly. Thank you for your understanding.

Complete Kitchens provide an amazing service and produce high quality finished products. Senior designer Alex provided us with incredible design and finish options and kept us fully informed and up to date with the production and installation schedule. Half way through the process we decided to renovate our bathroom, laundry and powder room and Alex and the CK team were not only able to come up with designs that fully utilised the limited space but also able to install all the cabinets at the same time as the kitchen. We are so happy we chose Complete Kitchens to renovate our home.

The entire team at Complete kitchens were fantastic. The designer Stephanie listened to our ideas and then designed a fabulous, easy to use kitchen for us. She walked us through our appliance and fittings choices, explaining why things would or wouldn't work in our new kitchen. Steph was always prompt in answering any questions we had, and made us feel very comfortable with our choices. The final result is better than we could have hoped for, and we are ecstatic with how it looks. The tradies were prompt and we knew exactly when they were coming. They were all very friendly and very professional. Complete Kitchens kept us up to date with any changes, and our kitchen was finished on time and with very little hassle. We would highly recommend Complete Kitchens for any kitchen renovation.
