Nancy at Community Choice Credit Union in Wyandotte was really helpful and went out of her way for me. She helped me feel more comfortable trusting the credit union by clearly explaining my options, including what would benefit me and what might not be a good fit. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and clear in her explanations. I appreciated her honesty and the time she took to help me understand. Thank you, Nancy!

I visited the credit union today for the community give back event, but decided to make a deposit while there. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered any questions I had, and helped work through any issues that presented. My teller was very warm and inviting and made me feel as though she was truly there to assist me. All employees do their jobs ( hopefully), but the lady that waited on me did her job very well, as stated earlier, with warmth and friendliness. Thank you for giving back to the community.
